摘要
文章在探讨知识特性的基础上,介绍了情境学习理论中的实践共同体和合法的边缘性参与概念,并从社会实践的视角讨论了组织知识的创造机理,继而提出了相应的组织管理策略。
Based on the exploration of the knowledge characteristics,this article introduces the practice community and legitimate frontier participation concept in the situation study theory,and discusses the creation mechanism of the organizational knowledge from the social practical view,then proposes the corresponding organizational management strategy.
