提高农民素质、培育新型农民是新农村建设的关键

Improving Peasant's Quality and Training New-style Peasants is the Crux of New Rural Construction

党的十六届五中全会明确提出推进社会主义新农村建设的战略任务。文章认为提高农民素质、培育新型农民是新农村建设本质与核心的内容,也是最为迫切的要求。结合当前农民素质现状,着重就如何提高农民素质、培育新型农民提出若干对策。

In the 16th plenary session of the 5th central committee of the CPC, it is put forward that Socialist new rural construction is an important strategic mission. In this paper, the author thought improving peasant's quality and training new-style peasants which is the crux of new rural construction is the urgent request. According to the current status of Chinese peasants' quality, this paper proposed some suggestion on how to improve the peasants' quality and train new-style peasants.
