制造外包视角下的供应商协同管理模式研究——以思科系统公司为例

摘要 制造外包作为一项有效的竞争战略在全球范围内得以广泛的运用,然而在现实世界的外包运营过程中,由于外包合作双方之间忽视有效的协同管理机制以及共同目标的构建,许多外包风险及失败由此产生。文章在对供应商协同的涵义及特征作出了阐述的基础上,归纳了供应商协同的动因,即高效客户响应、总持有成本降低、强化竞争优势、外包风险降低,创新性地提出了供应商协同管理的基本模式,其构成包括:信息共享、运营及决策同步化、协作激励、外包整合流程和协同绩效系统。通过思科公司案例对协同管理模式进行了相应的验证。最后,对我国承接国际制造外包业务亟待改善的协同能力进行了分析,并强调了供应商协同对外包成功的战略意义。
