急性心肌梗死伴J波的临床研究

Clinical study of the value of J wave in patiens with acute myocardial infarction.

目的通过研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)后J波与恶性室性心律失常的关系,评价J波预测急性心肌梗死后恶性室性心律失常的临床价值。方法将112例急性心肌梗死患者按心电图有无J波分为J波组和非J波组,比较两组间临床情况,恶性室性心律失常发生率。结果J波阳性组心肌梗死前心绞痛、前壁心肌梗死、恶性室性心律失常发生率明显高于非J波组(p<0.05)。结论心电图J波可作为急性心肌梗死患者恶性室性心律失常预测指标。

Objective To evaluate the value of J wave in the prediction of malignant ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction （AMI） by study the relationship between the wave and malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Methods 112 patiens with acute myocardial infarction were divided into the J wave group and non J wave group on the basis of whether presence of J wave or not. The the general characters in two groups were observed and compared with the frequency of malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Results The data showed that the J wave group had higher indices than the non J wave group, as follows： ①preinfarction angina ②anterior myocardial infarction ③incidence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Conclusion J wave in electrocardiogram is an effective index in predicting malignant ventricular arrhythmia after AMI.
