新一代运营系统和软件对通信网发展的作用

NGOSS technology and its influence on power telecommunication network construction and management

摘要 随着电信新业务的发展和基础网络结构的转型,迫切需要借助于高效的网络运营支撑系统(OSS)对通信网进行全面、有效的管理。作为指导下一代OSS建设的体系框架结构——新一代运营系统和软件(NGOSS)得到了业界的广泛认可,并且已经成为事实上的国际标准,非常值得重视与研究。文章对NGOSS的研究和应用状况进行了综述,介绍了其产生的背景、发展思路、体系结构以及技术特点,探讨了该技术对电力通信网络建设和管理的借鉴意义。 With the rapid development of new teleeom services and the transformation of infrastruetural network architecture, an efficient Operation Support Systems(OSS) is needed for telecommunication network management. As a guideline for OSS development, NGOSS (New Generation Operation System and Software) has become an international standard. This paper introduces the key architecture and framework of NGOSS,gives a brief overview of the basic principles and present situation, and analyses its influence on power telecommunication network construction and management.
