TiO_2薄膜的低温制备及其光催化活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用所制备的锐钛矿型TiO2水溶胶提拉法成膜,用Raman和TEM分析了TiO2薄膜的晶型和基团结构。可知TiO2颗粒为锐钛矿晶型,晶粒在10 nm左右,并以多个单晶的形式粘结成膜。气体光催化和甲基橙降解实验表明,所制得的TiO2薄膜具有良好的光催化活性。 The TiO2 thin films were prepared from anatase TiO2 hydrosol by the dip coating method,the as-prepared thin films was characterized by TEM and Raman scattering spectrum.It was found that the as-prepared TiO2 thin films mainly consist of anatase phase with 10 nm dimension grains,and formed films as well as many single-crystals.Under the sun irritation,the TiO2 thin films preseated good photo catalytic activity.
