摘要
利用差示扫瞄量热法(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸实验研究了己二酸质量分数的变化对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的结晶、微观形态和拉伸性能的影响。研究表明:当己二酸质量分数为3%时,PVC的结晶度和晶粒尺寸最大,晶面间距最小,结晶最完善。并且,己二酸使PVC产生相分离形成了短纤状微观结构。当己二酸质量分数为3%时,短纤较粗,且体系中形成了规整的网络结构,实现了PVC的同时增强增韧。
In this paper,the effects of the content of adipic acid on the crystallinzation,micromorphology and mechanical properties of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)were researched by differential scanning calorimetry,wide angle X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and tensile test.The results indicated that when adipic acid content was 3%,the crystallinity and crystallite size of PVC reached the maximum,but the interplanar spacing was the minimum,as implied that PVC crystal was the most perfect.In addition,because of spinodal decomposition,there were some short micro-fiber formed,and their diameter became thin with the increasion of adipic acid loading.When adipic acid content was 3%,the micro-fiber was thick and a network was formed.Consequently,the tensile strength was the maximum,and the elongation at break point was also superior to PVC matrix.
