摘要
基于Pro/E建立了可轧最大外径350 mm环件的冷轧环机三维CAD模型,通过Pro/E和ADAMS的接口工具Mech/Pro实现CAD模型顺利导入ADAMS中。在ADAMS软件中建立冷轧环机虚拟样机模型,并对样机进行运动学仿真分析,再现运动过程,得到样机主要部件的运动位移、速度和加速度等运动参数曲线,揭示了样机的运动学特性,为冷轧环机设计制造提供了技术依据。
The 3D CAD model of the cold ring rolling mill,which could manufacture ring work pieces with out diameter 350 mm at most,was established by using the 3D software Pro/E,and then transferred into ADAMS successfully by the interface tool Mech/Pro.The virtual prototyping was established based on the software ADAMS,and simulated cinematically subsequently.The working process of the equipment reappeared,and the charts of displacement,velocity and acceleration of main components were plotted in ADAMS.The characteristics of virtual prototyping have been checked out.It offered technology guideline for design and production of cold ring rolling mill.
