摘要 学生食堂的就餐过程是一个典型的排队问题,但也有其特殊性。因此,经典排队论的方法(如M/M/1/∞等)难以反映高校食堂的主要特征及矛盾。借助MATLAB仿真工具对学生食堂进行建模与仿真,所得到的仿真结果不但与实际数据相符合,而且解决了经典排队论不能反映顾客流动的动态变化过程的问题,拓展了一般排队论的应用范畴,文中所做的模型仿真结果,能够准确分析和评价学生食堂的排队与滞留状况及原因,为学生食堂的建设与管理者提供有力的决策支持。 The dynamic process in a students' refectory was a typical queuing problem which also had its exceptions.The classic theory of queue was hard to deal with the major characters in the students' refectory because of the particularity.To figure out this problem,this article established a mathematical model to students' refectory with the help of MATLAB emulating tool.The result of emulation accorded well with real statistics.The consistent result was obtained and compared to the classic "theory of queue",at the same time the dynamic procedures which the classic "theory of queue" can not offer were provided.To emulate the mathematical model,the situation queue and stay were analyzed and appraised,which were in a certain extent benefit to the construction,reconstruction and provide trenchant support for the managers.
