摘要
我国的法官人数多、素质良莠不齐、地位低、待遇薄。提高法官素质,塑造精英化的法官群体,是司法改革最基本、最迫切的任务之一。而科学的法官员额制度则是实现法官精英化、专业化不可缺少的前提条件,是法官制度的基础。对中外法官员额制度进行比较分析,有助于完善我国法官员额制度。
Our country＇s judges are a large population with uneven qualities, low social position and bad salary. It is one of the most basic and urgent duties of the judicial reform to enhance judges, quality and build an outstanding judge community. This paper believes that the system of judges＇ specified number of personnel is a precondition of building an outstanding and professional judge community and the foundation of the system of judges. Help by comparing the systems of judges＇ specified number of personnel in China and foreign countries, it aims to help improve the system of judges＇ specified number of personnel.
