Female Entrepreneurship in Harmonious Development of Tianjin Binhai New Area

女性创业对滨海新区经济发展和社会和谐具有积极的促进作用。但是,传统社会性别文化仍然影响着女性的创业能力和创业成功率。以天津滨海新区开发开放为契机,从社会性别视角研究女性创业问题,分析了女性创业过程中存在的问题与深层文化障碍,最后以科学发展观为指导,提出了促进女性创业和滨海新区建设和谐发展的对策。

Female entrepreneurship plays an important role in Tianjin Binhai New Area＇s sustainable development of economy and society. However, traditional gender culture still has a negative impact on female entrepreneurship, This paper analyzed the problems and cultural obstacles in female entrepreneurship in Tianjin Binhai New Area in gender perspective, and presented suggestions for promoting female entrepreneurship and accelerating the harmonious development and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area based on the scientific wiew of development.
