摘要
对五味子2年生实生植株调查的结果表明,五味子的2年生实生植株即可分化花芽,其花芽分化数量和质量与植株的生长量具有一定的相关性,当植株高度、茎粗和节数等生长量因素处于较高水平时,雌花的着生部位会相对降低,雌花的绝对数量和雌花分化比率也会相应提高。植株的高度可作为其生长量的代表性指标:当植株高度在1 m以下时不能分化出雌花;当植株高度达到1.5 m以上时,100%的植株都可以分化出雌花。
Survey results on 2-year-old seedling plant of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz) Baill indicate: There was differentiation of flower buds in 2-year-old tree, and there was some correlation between quantity/quality of flower buds and growth mass of plants; when these growth mass factors were in high levels such as height, stem width and node of plants etc., the part of female flower bearing was relatively lower and the absolute quantities and differentiation rate of female flower were also increased. Plant height can be used as a representative marker of growth mass. There was no female flower when the plant height in 1m while all plants above 1.5 m had differentiation of female flower.
