A new retarded nonlinear integral inequality Ф（u（t））≤n（t）＋∫0^α（t）Ф′（u（s））[f1（s）w1（u（s））＋g1（s）u（s）＋h1（s）]ds＋ ∫ 0^tФ′（u（s））[f2（s）w2（u（s））＋g2（s）u（s）＋h2（s）]ds,t∈R＋, is studed which generalizes some results in literature.
