90°偏光分束镜光强分束比的入射角效应

摘要 分析了He-Ne激光斜入射90°偏光分束棱镜时光强分束比随入射角度的变化关系,推导出光强分束比的数学表达式.通过实验验证,在误差允许的范围内,理论值和实验值是一致的,并对误差进行分析. This article has analyzed when the He-Ne laser oblique incidence 90°pair of output prisms the luminous intensity beams splitting compares along with the incident angle change relations, beam splitting ratio the mathematical expression. Confirms through the experiment, infers the luminous intensity permits at the error in the scope, the theoretical value and the actual value are consistent, and carries on the muhianalysis to the error.
