摘要
本文研究了新型高阻尼铝合金层压复合材料阻尼性能,包括材料在低频、声频下的阻尼、阻尼与应力应变振幅的关系,阻尼的时效稳定性,材料的工程阻尼特性。并介绍了材料在海军装备(近程武器弹炮组合减振装置,水下灭雷具推进装置)上的减振、降噪应用试验研究。
The damping properties of a high damping aluminium alloy laminated composite and the damping capacity of the composite at lower frequeney and acoustic frequency are studied. The relationship between the damping capacity and the amplitude of stress and strain for the conposite, the ageing stabilization of the material damping capacity and the engineering damping characterictics of the composite are also studied.Experimental investigation on application to the vibration reduction and noise reduction of the composite in Naval equipments(vibration reduction units for close range missile-gun assembly,propelling units for undersea mine-sweeping devices) is introduced.
