摘要
选用40Cr作基体材料,TiN作膜层材料,在离子镀膜前进行离子渗氮预处理,性能测试与结构分析证实渗氮层的存在可以缓解膜基性质的差异,提高膜基结合力.
おhere lies some questions that coating can't bind tightly with substrate to apply ionplating hard film technique on common structure steel. Selecting 40Cr as substrate material and TiN as film material, we made 40Cr ionnitrided before ionplating, and results show that difference at component and hardness between coating and substrate can be decreased and binding force can be increased through ionintriding before ionplating.
