Reforming medical education and serving construction of socialist harmonious Society

在简要论述社会主义和谐社会基本特征的科学内涵基础上,根据德州学院医学系的办学实际,对如何改革医学教育、适应和谐社会建设提出三点建议:理念先行——切实按新的医学模式教学,从更高层次上关注人的健康,抓住和谐社会建设的实质;围绕核心——培养"一专多能"的医学毕业生,为社会主义新农村建设培养适用的医学人才,把握和谐社会建设的重点;抓住根本——培养具有革命人道主义和崇高职业道德的医学毕业生,促进和谐医患关系的建立,攻克和谐社会建设的难点。

Based on the actual schooling situation of the Department of Medical Sciences of Dezhou Medical College, this paper puts forward three points of suggestions on how to reform the medical education to adjust to the construction of harmonious society： 1. ideas first--to teach according to the new medical sciences model, care about people＇s health from a higher level and grasp the basis of constructing harmonious society; 2. sticking out focal points--to train ＂One major multi-abilities＂ medical graduates, to train the medical talents for the socialist new villages so as to grasp the key points of harmonious society construction; 3. grasping the basis-to train the medical graduates with revolutionary humanism and high professional morality, promoring the establishment of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and overcoming the difficulties of constructing harmonious society.
