摘要
有效评估能促进教学工作的顺利进行并取得良好成效。形成性评估是教学评估的重要手段,其必要性和积极作用已被众多学者所认识。但同国外大量形成性评估研究和实践相比,国内在形成性评估的理论和实证研究方面尚存不足,形成性评估的体系和流程更是急需开发。本研究即尝试构建较为系统的形成性评估流程,并将其应用于某高校英语专业本科教学项目,全面系统地调查分析形成性评估流程对此教学项目及该校英语专业教和学的影响,同时进一步完善该流程,从理论和实践上指导形成性评估在我国英语教学中的应用。
It is widely acknowledged that an effective evaluation system may help ensure the success of teaching.Compared with relevant studies abroad,however,few empirical studies have been conducted at home on formative evaluation,especially on its system and procedures.That is exactly what the present research aims at:to establish a systematic and principled formative evaluation procedure and then test its effectiveness.The researchers applied such a procedure to the evaluation of a new undergraduate EFL program and explored its impact on the program.On this basis,the procedure is then further perfected.
