摘要
日本和美国在冷战结束后采取了一系列措施加强双方的同盟关系。双方加强同盟既有遏制朝鲜、插手台湾问题的共同战略目标,又有各自国家的利益考量。日本主要动机在于"借船出海",成为政治军事大国;美国的目的是做"离岸平衡手",以减少维持全球霸主地位的成本。日美强化同盟关系将对东亚地区产生巨大的影响,不利于中国的和平崛起。
Japan and U. S. have taken a series of measures to consolidate their bilateral alliance relations after the Cold War. Both sides share common strategic objectives of containing North Korea and interfering in Taiwan affairs to consolidate the alliance in their own national interests. Japan＇s main motive is to be a great political and military power by＂borrowing ship for putting out to sea＂. The purposes of U. S. are to be an ＂offshore balancer＂ in order to reduce the cost of maintaining the status of global hegemony. The consolidation of the Japan-American alliance will have great influence on East Asia and it is a disadvantage to China＇s peaceful rise.
