摘要
设计并实现了一种应用于工程车辆的车载定位设备(VPEM)以实现对工程车辆的远程监控和管理。该设备采用了GPS进行全球定位以对工程车辆进行跟踪,并通过GSM短信息方式或GPRS数据通信业务将信息发送到管理中心,管理中心通过电子地图定位工程车辆的位置,并可对其进行状态检测以及任务调度。同时,也提供了车载电话和音/视频监控功能。该设备的主要特点是软硬件均采用模块化设计,可以根据用户的需求对定位方式、定位信息的传送以及调度过程等进行定制。
An Engineering Vehicles Positioning Equipment(EVPE) to complete the remote monitoring and management for vehicles is designed and realized. The equipment using GPS to realize gobal position and track vehicles. Through GSM short message or GPRS data communication business, the equipment sents the information to the management center. The management center uses electronic maps to get the location of vehicles, to implement the state testing and task scheduling for vehicles. Meanwhile,it can also provide mobile phone and audio/video monitoring function. The main feature of equipment is that the hardware and software all use modular design to customize business, such as positioning ways, the transmission of positioning information and scheduling process,according to different users' need.
