介绍了一个基于PIC16C72A单片机的太阳能热水工程自动控制器。给出了控制器的完整电路图,并对水位、水温测量电路的工作原理、器件参数选择作了详细的分析。该设计方案省去了信号调理电路、专用A/D转换和输出译码驱动芯片,不仅硬件系统组成简单、而且系统的可靠性好。
A controller based on PIC16C72A for solar energy hot water project is introduced. The circuit diagram of controller is given. The work principle,component parameters and accuracy of measuring temperatures and water level are dissertated in detail. It only Utilizes single microchip directly to realize the function of measuring and control The circuit is very simple in structure and it can satisfy the accuracy of measuring temperature, so it can not only decrease the cost Of the entire system,but also increase the reliability of the system.
