摘要
借助Ginzburg-Laudau理论,阐述了理想第二类超导体处于混合态的临界场,并得出下临界场Hc1与穿透深度λ、相干长度ξ有关,上临界场Hc2与参量α有关的结论。
In light of the theory of Gimzburg Laudau, this paper elaborates critical fields of the ideal Type II superconductor at mixed state, and comes to the conclusion that lower critical field Hc1 depends on depth of penetration λ and coherence length ξ, upper critical field Hc2 depends on quantity α.
