摘要
[目的]研究沙棘优良品种的抗寒性。[方法]以10个沙棘品种的一年生枝为试材,设置了6个温度(-15、-20、-25、-30、-35、-40℃)处理,以未处理为对照,测定了不同处理的电导率和丙二醛含量。[结果]电解质渗出率呈现S形曲线变化。当温度高于-25℃或低于-35℃时,电解质渗出率缓慢上升,在-25~-35℃,电解质渗出率迅速增加。辽阜2号的电解质渗出率最少,李沙2号电解质渗出率最多。沙棘的丙二醛含量在-25℃和-30℃发生明显的增加。到-25℃时,李沙2号丙二醛含量增加幅度最大,比对照增加了83%,辽阜2号增加的幅度最小,仅有27%。[结论]辽阜2号抗寒性最好,李沙2号抗寒性最差。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the cold resistance of excellent varieties of Hippophae rhamnoides L. [Method] With 1 -yearold branch of 10 varieties ofH. rhamnoides as tested material, treatments of 6 temperatures ( -15, -20, -25, -30, -35, -40 ℃) were set up with no treatment as CK. The conductance rate and content of MDA of different treatment were determined. [Result] The electrolyte permeability changed as S curve. When temperature was higher than -25℃ or lower than -35℃, the electrolyte leakage rate was increased slowly. The electrolyte permeability was increased greatly during -25- -35℃. The electrolyte permeability of Lianfu 2 was least and that of Lisha 2 was biggest. The MDA content of H. rhamnoides had a markedly increase during-25- -30 ℃ .To the temperature of -25 ℃, the increase of MDA content of Lisha 2 being biggest (83% increase than CK) and that of Lianfu 2 being least (27% increase than CK). [Conclusion] The cold resistance of Lianfu 2 was best and that of Lisha 2 was worst.
