摘要
[目的]探讨复合低聚糖饮品对肠道菌群的调节功能。[方法]选用40只小鼠分成4组,每组10只。其中1组为对照组,其余3组以低、中、高3种剂量复合低聚糖制品AD钙奶饮料浓缩液灌胃,每日1次,连续7d,检测小鼠肠道菌群数。人体试食试样连续7d,检测受试者肠道菌群数。[结果]小鼠低剂量组肠球菌的数量明显减少;中、高剂量组双歧杆菌的数量明显增加。受试人群肠球菌、肠杆菌的数量无明显差异,双歧杆菌、乳杆菌的数量明显增加,产气荚膜梭菌的数量有减少的趋势。[结论]复合低聚糖饮品可以促进人体肠道菌群中的有益菌的增殖。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the regulative function of compound oligosaccharides on intestinal flora. [Method] Forty mice were divided into 4 groups, each group had 10 mice. Thereinto, One group was the control group and the remaining 3 groups were administered respectively with low, medium and high doses of compound oligosaeeharides, AD Gainai concentrated liquid beverage by gavage once daily for 7 d, and determined the number of mouse intestinal flora. Fresh human tested samples for 7 d, and also determined the number of subjects intestinal flora. [Result] The number of enteroeoeei of mice low dose group decreased significantly. The bifidobaeterium number of medium dose and high dose group had increased significantly. There was no significant difference between enterocoeci number and enterobacter number of subjects crowd, the bifidobaeterium and laetobacilli number increased significantly, and the number of Clostridium perfringens had the decrease trend. [Conclusion] Compound oligosaeeharides drinks could promote the proliferation of human intestinal flora.
