摘要
对水电开发效益分享的机理从经济学和社会学2个方面进行了分析,指出在水电开发过程中引发的各种矛盾冲突日益凸显,应建立合理的水电资源开发利益的分享机制加以解决。
The mechanism of benefit share mechanism of hydroelectric development was analyzed. Reasonable benefit share mechanism of hydroelectric development should be established to solve the conflicts during hydroelectric development.
