摘要 故障诊断是工业过程中一个重要的问题。文章将故障诊断方法分为基于定量模型的方法、基于定性模型方法和基于数据的方法。在对各种故障诊断方法的基本思想和原理作简要回顾的基础上,对近年来的各种故障诊断方法在工业过程中的应用和研究进展作一综述,并总结出不同情况下的适用方法;指出了今后可能的研究方向。 Fault diagnosis is an important issue in process engineering. Fault diagnosis methods are classified into three general categories--quantitative model-based methods, qualitative model-based methods, and process data-based methods. The ideas and principles of these methods are outlined, and recent applications and advances of these approaches in industrial processes are discussed. Then the proper methods in certain cases are summarized, and research directions of fault diagnosis are pointed out.
