摘要 文章针对某自卸车三角臂在用户使用过程中出现断裂现象,通过运用柔性多体系统动力学方法,建立了基于ADAMS软件平台的整车刚柔耦合多体动力学仿真分析模型;提出3种改进方案,并从应力、变形、经济性等方面对3种方案进行对比分析,从而确定最优结果,实现了对举升机构关键件的合理改进。 In order to find the reasons for the fracture of the triangular arm of a dump truck in using, simulation analysis is made by using the software ANSYS and ADAMS. A dynamic model of the rigid-flexible multibody system Of the dump truck is set up based on the ADAMS software platform by using the dynamic analysis method of flexible multibody systems. The triangular arm of the lifting mechanism is modeled by a flexible body. The location and occurring time of the maximum stress are identified with the dynamic strength evaluated. Three improvement methods are put forward, and a comparative analysis of the methods is made in terms of the stress, distortion and economy. An optimal method for improving the design parameters of this key part is determined.
