摘要
通过正交试验、单因素试验和100 L发酵罐中试确定了枯草芽孢杆菌HJ02工业生产用的优化液体培养基和发酵工艺条件。最佳培养基配方为:葡萄糖10 g/L、玉米粉8 g/L、豆粕粉25 g/L、硫酸锰30.8 mg/L、硫酸镁5 g/L、磷酸二氢钠0.52g/L、磷酸氢二钠2.33 g/L;最优发酵工艺条件:培养温度30℃,初始pH值7.0,最佳接种的菌龄是18小时。
The optimum liquid fermentation condition for the Bacillus subtilis was confirmed by orthogonal test,one-factor test and test in the 100 L fermentation tank.The optimum culture medium formula is as the following:glucose 10 g/L,corn starch 8 g/L,bean cud 25 g/L,cupric manganese 30.8 mg/L,cupric magnesium 5 g/L,sodium dihydrogenphosphate 0.52 g/L,sodium hydrogen phosphate 2.33 g/L.The optimum condition is:the temperature 30℃,the primary pH value 7.0 and the optimum inoculating cell age 18 hours.
