摘要 介绍钢丝拉拔过程中残余应力的研究现状及影响残余应力的各种因素。通过研究存在的各类问题,对残余应力影响因素进行了讨论,指出有限元技术、数值模拟与实验的对比性研究成为测量残余应力的有效方法,对今后的研究方向提出建议。 To introduce the present research situation of residual stress of steel wire during drawing and every factors affecting residual stress. The factors affecting residual stress are discussed by researching the existing problems. It is pointed out that the comparison research between finite element technology, numerical simulation and experiment becomes effective method for the measurement of residual stress, suggestions for research orientation aftertime are put forward.
