摘要
采用化学气相沉积法,在硬质合金拉丝模的工作区域制备金刚石涂层,利用扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、Ra-man光谱仪对涂层表面形貌、成分等进行分析,并将拉丝模应用于焊丝拉拔生产线中。结果表明:拉丝模涂层均匀、致密,抛光后的表面粗糙度可降低至10 nm以下,使用寿命较传统模具长,镀铜焊丝的表面粗糙度明显降低。
Diamond coat is made on the work zone of powder metallurgy drawing die by chemical vapor deposition. The surface appearance and component of diamond coat are analyzed by SEM, AFM and Raman. The drawing die is applied to welding wire drawing production line. The results show that the coat is even and compact. The surface roughness of coat can be reduced less than 10 nm after being polished. The work lifetime of diamond coated die is longer than that of common die. The surface roughness of Cu-coated welding wire by diamond-coated die is lower.
