摘要
采用废水处理系统处理胎圈钢丝生产中的废水废渣,使废水中ρ(Cu2+)由200 mg/L降为0.5 mg/L,达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的一级排放标准。采用酸雾净化塔处理生产中的废气,使废气中HC l的质量浓度由400 mg/m3降为18 mg/m3,净化效率达到96%,H2SO4质量浓度由200 mg/m3降到16 mg/m3,净化效率为92%,达到了GB 16297—1996《大气污染综合排放标准》的规定。
Adopting waste water treatmemt system to treat waste water and residue in production of tyre steel wire makes Cu^2+ mass concentration in waste water reduce from 200 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L, which reaches grade A letting of GB8978 - 1996 Sewage Synthesis Letting Standard. Adopting acid fog purifying tower to treat waste gas of production makes the HCl density in waste gas reduees from 400 mg/m^3 to 18 mg/m^3 , its purifying rate reaches 95% ; H2SO4 density reduces from 200 mg/m^3 to 16 mg/m^3 , its purifying rate reaches 92%. These reaches the stipulation in GB 16297-1996 Atmosphere Pollution Synthesis Letting Standard.
