摘要 目的:通过对住院病人的护理满意度调查研究,提高护理服务质量。方法:采取问卷调查法,问卷由护理部问卷调查小组发放至病人或家属手中,回收后将调查表内容汇总,护理部把结果反馈给并督促护士长整改存在的问题。结果:采取有效干预后,病人对护士满意度不断提高,护理服务优良项目数逐渐增加,护理服务不良项目数第四季度与第一季度存在显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论:服务质量满意度调查与病人需求融合在一起,将服务质量调查结果应用于临床护理服务评价程序中,根据评价及时加强薄弱环节,不断调整护理质量管理的重点,促进了服务质量的持续改进,是实现质量控制和质量改进的重要环节和保证。 Objective To survey the inpatients' nursing satisfaction degree to improve the quality of nursing service.Methods Questionnaires were distributed to the patients or their families by the Nursing Department and the results of feedback were collected to make an analysis.Results After taking effective intervention,the nursing satisfaction degree of patients improves,and the number of good care service projects gradually increase.There is a significant between in the projects in poor care of the first quarter and of the fourth quarter of the year(P〈0.05).Conclusions The results of the survey will be applied to clinical care services in the evaluation process,to strengthen weak links in a timely manner,to constantly adjust the focus of care and quality management,and to promote the continuous improvement of quality of service,which is important to ensure of achieving quality control and quality improvement.
