针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展(综述)

Advances of studies on acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:通过对近2年来有关针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的部分文献进行整理分析,为以后的临床应用提供参考依据;方法:根据相关文献的内容从针刺疗法为主、综合疗法等方面进行分析,肯定针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效性和优越性;结论:针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著、操作简单方便、无副作用,但在临床疗效评定标准、作用机理研究、治疗方法的规范化等方面尚存在一些亟待解决的问题。

Objective： Survey of studies for treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with acupuncture and moxibustion in recent 2 years was made to provide references for clinical studies in future.Methods： According to relative papers conceruing acupuncture therapy,combined therapies of acupuncture and moxibustion were analyzed,and the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was further confirmed.Conclusion： It＇s held that acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has advantages of marked therapeutic effect,simple manipulation and no side-effects,but there are some problems urgent to be dealt with at once in standards of clinical therapeutic effect,mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion actions and standardization of treatment methods.
