氧氟沙星凝胶治疗浅度溃疡期压疮的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of floxacin gel in treating light pressure ulcer

目的:探讨氧氟沙星凝胶治疗压疮的疗效。方法:采用随机原则分组,治疗组30例用氧氟沙星凝胶外用,每日2￣3次,对照组用硫酸庆大霉素外用,每日2次。连用1周观察疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈24例,显效4例,有效2例。对照组痊愈13例,显效9例,有效4例,无效4例。治疗组疗效高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:氧氟沙星凝胶治疗浅度溃疡期压疮疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating light pressure ulcer with floxacin gel.Methods All the cases were randomly divided into two groups,in which floxacin gel was used in test group 2-3 times a day while in control group gentamicin was used twice a day.Both methods lasted for one week and then the effects were observed.Results 24 cases of the test group were cured,in which 4 cases improved greatly and 2 cases showed some effect;while in the control group 13 cases were cured,in which 9 cases improved greatly,4 cases showed certain effects and 4 cases no effect.The cure rate of test group is higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusions Floxacin gel is very effective in treating light pressure ulcer.
