摘要
目的:探讨在围手术期对截肢手术病人进行全程心理干预的作用。方法:对20例截肢手术病人运用术前针对性的访视、术中心理支持、术后随访方式进行心理干预。结果:20例患者无因心理问题而影响手术进程,均康复出院。结论:提高了截肢病人的认知能力,缓解病人的焦虑情绪,保证手术的顺利进行。
Objective： To explore the effects of psychological intervention on the amputation patients in the perioperative period.Methods： Mental intervention was applied to 20 amputation surgery patients by targeted visiting,psychological support during the operation and visiting after operation.Results： 20 patients without psychological problems which influence the operation process were discharged after healing.Conclusion： the patient＇s cognitive ability of amputees is improved and the anxiety is alleviated to ensure the smooth progress of surgery.
