摘要
近海工程及运输船舶的压载水舱由于其阴极保护寿命较长,传统的牺牲阳极阴极保护设计方法已不完全符合实际情况。本文参考挪威船级社的阴极保护设计标准,引用初始、平均和后期保护电流密度等概念,提出了具体的设计方法和步骤供近海工程和压载水舱的牺牲阳极阴极保护设计参考,对其它大、中型船舶的船体阴极保护设计也有参考价值。
Because of the cathodic protection system fixed onboard, offshore rigs and the ballast tanks of the merchant ships have comparatively longer life. The traditional sacrifice anode cathodic protection can no longer meet the demand. The paper refered to the design standard for the cathodic system developed by DNV, studied the concepts of preliminary, mean and later-stage protection current densities, and on that basis presents the specific design method and procedures, which serves a good reference in designing the sacrifice anode cathodic protection for the offshore units and ship's ballast tanks. It can be also refered in designing the ship's cathodic protection systems for other laree and medium size ships.
