摘要
从国有企业分配制度创新的背景出发,分析国有企业面临的来自竞争者、高薪行业和自身绩效瓶颈的挑战,提出战略薪酬的指导思想,并在技术层面上,就战略分析、职位分析、职位评价、薪酬调查与预算、胜任力评价和绩效评价进行了重点阐述。
Based on the background of allocation system innovation of state-owned enterprise,this paper analyzes the challenge from competitor,high salary industries and its performance limitation,proposed the guiding ideology and emphasizes the strategic analysis,position analysis,position evaluation,compensation investigation and budget,competency assessment and performance evaluation at the technical level.
