通过对发动机凸轮升程误差曲线的分析，提出了按“最小条件”评定凸轮开程误差的判别准则，从而避免了因测量基准不同而引起误判。

By the analysis of engine cam lift error curve, distinguishing principle of evaluating thecam lift errors is presented according to the smallest condition so that the erroneous judgement causedby the different measuring standard is avoided.
