摘要
为了满足铸造生产中造型、制芯的要求,开发了一种无毒、无污染、高强度、高溃散性的铝合金铸件用的冷芯盒新型动物胶粘结剂。该粘结剂由动物胶、淀粉、醇在催化剂的作用下经过化学反应得到,合成参数:pH值5.5,合成温度80℃,反应时间90min。采用环保节能的CO2冷芯盒法研究其使用性能,砂型初始强度达0.55MPa,24h抗压强度达4.2MPa,性能稳定,满足生产要求。
For the need of sculpt and core facture, a new type cold box animal binder for aluminum alloy casting is empoldered, which has naught poison or pollute, and has high squeezable strength and collapsibility. This binder is the product of animal glue, fecula and ethanol with activator, pH is 5.5, temperature is 80 ℃, time is 90 min. CO2 cold box is adopted to increase the initial squeezable strength of "green" animal-binder sand mold. A series of optimized test make out the optimally technological parameter: animal binder level is 3.0%, Ca(OH)2 level is 1.25 %, insufflating level is 0.6 m^3/h, and insufflating time is 1 min. The initial squeezable strength of the molding sand reaches 0.55 MPa, the squeezable strength after 24 h reaches 4.2 MPa, it is stable and could meet the requirements of the production.
