摘要
主要叙述了目前世界上最大的165MN油压机中上横梁的铸造和生产。通过铸件结构分析，在造型方法、型砂、工艺参数、凝固过程和浇注过程的控制，一次浇注成功铸件重量453t，总钢水622t的上横梁，达到国际先进水平。
The foundry practice of the top beam of 165 MN oil-hydraulic press which is the maximal one at the present time in the world is introduced. Our plant has succeeded in pouring the top beam at a time by casting structural analysis and control on molding method, molding sand, technological parameter, solidification process and pouring process. It has reached international advanced level.
