摘要
采用TG-DSC-FTIR、TG技术研究了填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)在氮气气氛下的热解行为与热解规律。结果表明,填充PTFE的热解由脱水、剧烈失重、缓慢失重三个阶段组成;同时利用红外光谱仪检测分析出四氟乙烯单体(TFE)为PTFE热解基本产物。在线性升温过程中,不同的升温速率下,填充PTFE样品呈现一致的热解趋势;而在恒温热解过程中,不同的恒温温度下,样品失重曲线形态亦非常相似。
The pyrolysis behavior and characteristics of filled polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) are stud- ied in the atmosphere of nitrogen with TG-DSC-FTIR and TG. The results show that the pyrolysis of filled PTFE could be divided into three stages which include deprivation, dramatic weightlessness, slow weightlessness. At the same time,it is detected that tetrafluoroethylene(TFE) is the principal pyrolysis product of PTFE by infared spectrometer. And during the linear heating process, the pyrolysis of samples presents similar TG and DTG curves at the different heating rates. During the constant temperature pyrolysis experiments, the TG curves are also very similar when the constant temperatures are different.
