摘要
在以往的知识管理中组织一般只重视创造、存储、传递、检索和应用知识这5个能力,本文分别介绍了知识管理中被忽视的3个知识管理能力:知识分类能力、知识毁灭能力、知识保护能力,并讨论了被忽视的这3个知识管理能力与已知的知识管理能力的联系。
Organization generally pays attention to the knowledge of creating, storing, the transmission, the retrieval and application in the former knowledge management, tiffs article separately introduces the missing knowledge management capability in the knowledge management： the knowledge segmenting capability, the knowledge deconstruction capability, the knowledge protection capability, and discussed relation of the missing knowledge management capability and the known knowledge management ability.
