摘要
浙江省科技文献共建共享平台是浙江省科技创新体系建设的重要组成部分,为推动科技创新提供有力的支撑与保证。从信息系统工程与情报文献学的基本理论视点出发,通过全面回顾文献平台自筹备启动到运行至今的各个实践阶段,系统而详细地总结了文献平台在全局规划方案、组织管理制度、多元服务模式、技术保障手段等方面的特色与优势,针对考核指标设计、软件评估标准、信息需求规律等关键问题进行了深入的分析探讨,可为当前各地建设顺应信息化趋势的开放型科技文献集成服务平台提供一定的借鉴与参考。
Zhejiang Sei - tech Information Constructon and Sharing Platform is the main component of Zhejiang scitech innovation system, providing strong support and guarantee for sci - teeh innovation. Starting from basic theoretical viewpoints of Information System Engineering ＆ Documentation Science, by review each practice period of Documentation Platform from Stating to now, summarized the features and advantages of Documentation Platform on some aspects of global planning scheme, organizafien and management system, multiple services mode, technical guarantee method in detail, discussed deeply on some key problems such as examination target design, software evaluation standard, rules of information requirement, which can be refenced for developing of opening and integrated doctanentation services , platform complying with the trend of Infonnafionization.
