On the Way of Implementing the Fundamental Principle of Ruling the Country by Law

依法治国是社会主义民主政治的基本要求,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。全面落实依法治国基本方略是新时期的一项重大战略任务,必须完善立法,加强宪法和法律实施,深化司法体制改革,弘扬法治精神。

Ruling a country by law is a basic requirement of socialist democracy. To implement the damental principle of ruling the country by law in an all-around way is an important strategic task. Therefore the owing jobs have to be done： to revise and perfect the legislation;to reinforce the execution of Constitution and law; to deepen the judicature organizational reform; to promote and develop the law spirit.
