摘要
建立了L-苯甘氨醇的反相高效液相色谱测定方法.比较了内标法和外标法,内标法以Vc作内标物,L-苯甘氨醇在0.25~4.00g/L的范围内质量浓度与峰面积比呈现良好的线性关系,回收率在98.3%~99.5%之间.相对标准偏差小于0.9%.外标法中L-苯甘氨醇在0.1~1.0g/L的范围内峰面积与含量呈现良好的线性关系,回收率在98.4%~100%之间,相对标准偏差小于1.0%.该方法简单、快速,精密度和重现性较好.
A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of L-phenylglycinol was established. There were good linear relationship between the mass concentration and the peak area of L-phenylglycinol in the range of 0.25 - 4.00 g/L in the internal standard method. The recovery were found to be in the range of 98.3 % - 99.5 % with the relative standard deviation of less than 0.9 %. The linear relationship in the external standard method was in the range of 0.1 - 1.0 g/L. The recovery rate was between 98.4 % - 100.0 %, less than 1.0 % with relative standard deviation. The method is rapid and simple with good accuracy and reproducibility.
