基于SSM的河北省主要工业产业竞争力分析

An Analysis of the Main Industrial Competition on SSM in Hebei

采用偏离份额分析法(shift-share method),选取河北和全国10个工业行业2003年和2005年的数据进行计算对比分析.研究结果表明,河北省10个工业行业整体产业结构水平偏低,产业竞争力不足;支柱产业的产业结构优势明显,但产业竞争力不强,对自然资源有较强的依赖性;主导产业已具备一定的实力,但产业结构水平亟待提升.针对研究结果,提出了调整结构、转变增长方式、壮大提升工业主导产业的政策建议.

Selecting ten industries in Hebei and our country as researching object,analyzes the data in 2003 and in 2005 by using the shift-share method. The results show ： the lower level of the ten industries in the whole structure of industry and inadequate competition;the superiority in the dominant industries, yet largely depending on the natural resources; having some actual strength in the dominant industry,yet the level of the whole structure of industry needing improvement. Based on these researching results, the above problems are discussed and then countermeasures and proposals are put forwards in adjusting the structure, the ways of increasing in the whole industry,and strengthening and promoting the domination industries.
