河北省农村金融与农民收入关系的实证分析

An empirical study of the rural financing and the incomes of the farmers in Hebei

增加农民收入是党中央、国务院从国民经济和社会发展全局的高度提出的重要指导思想,是落实"十七"大精神的重要体现。从研究河北省农民收入来源入手,通过统计数据和计量经济模型分析农民收入的影响因素,可知,增加农民收入需要采取加强对农民的金融支持,优化农村劳动力就业结构,拓宽农产品销售渠道等措施。

Help with farmers to increase their incomes has been a significant concept by the state council and the central committee of the CPC in accordance with the national economy and social harmony. This paper describes an empirical study of the rural financing and the incomes of the farmers in Hebei, aiming to discuss the relationship in between. Statistics and an instrument of economic measurement mode are used to study the relevant factors affecting the incomes of the farmers. It is urged that measures should be taken to increase the financial support to the farmers, optimize the employment patterns, and expand the sales of the agricultural products.
