论高校学生申诉制度的完善

On the bettering of the appeal system in universities

申诉制度是《教育法》规定的学生权利救济的主要途径。2005年9月教育部颁布的新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》进一步明确了高校学生申诉制度,但目前高校学生申诉制度在实施中存在一些问题,进一步完善高校学生申诉制度的原则、范围、机构等问题是建立科学高效的高校学生申诉制度的基础。

The appeal system by the educational law guarantees the right of students. The regulations released by the ministry of education in September 2005 on the management of universities reiterate the appeal system for the students. Due to the defects in the system, the writers of this paper suggest the principle, scale, and institutions concerning the appeal system be strengthened for the efficient appeal system in Chinese universities.
