摘要
为了解决在水电建设中采用反井钻机施工钻进硬岩时出现的破岩效率低、滚刀寿命短等问题,研制了新型的适用于硬岩钻进的镶齿滚刀。通过室内破岩试验及水电建设的应用表明,镐形镶齿滚刀在中硬及硬岩层中有较好的破岩效果,可有效提高反井钻进破岩效率。
In order to solution the problems such as the low-efficiency of rock breaking and the short service life of the cutters when breaking hard rock by using raise boring machine for the hydropower construction, a new type of cutters was proposed which is more suitable for breaking the hard rock.The breaking test in the laboratory and practical used in the hydropower construction show that the new cutters have obtained a butter rock breaking result in the hard and medium hard rock, and could effectively improve the rock breaking efficiency.
