摘要
水电站的管线钢一直采用C、Mn、Si型普通碳素钢,其化学成分:C≤0.2%,合金元素≤3%~5%。20世纪70年代初,微合金控轧钢X56、X60、X65三种钢材在石化行业开始广泛采用。这种钢突破了传统钢的观念,碳含量为0.1%~0.2%,在钢中加入≤0.2%的Nb、V、Ti等合金元素,并通过控轧工艺使钢的力学性能得到显著改善。桃花山三级水电站压力管道采用X65钢设计制作,取得成功,具有较高的经济效益,对类似高水头水电站工程具有一定的推广和借鉴价值。
The pipeline steel of hydropower station always uses general carbon steel of C, Mn and Si, with the chemical component of C ≤0.2%, alloy element ≤3%-5%. In the early 1970s, three steel materials of micro-alloy rolled steel of X56, X60 and X65 had been widely used in petrochemical industry. Such steel breakthroughs the concept of traditional steel, with carbon content of 0.1%-0.14% and adding less than 0.2% alloy element of Nb, V and Ti. And its mechanical property has been improved obviously through control rolling technique. The penstock of the Taohuashan Third-cascade Hydropower Station used the X65 steel and has achieved success and gained high economic benefit. It has certain popu- larization and reference value for similar high-head hydropower stations.
